Now that the building is assembled, I want to propose a social party to help us unite even more. Let us put faces with names. If you want to discuss the NPU, Real Estate, community organization, or just enjoy neighborly company, I am exploring the idea of throwing a roof-top wine and dine.  I have a bartender, a dj, a selection of beer and wine (sodas and water available), and hors d'oeurves in plan and want to see how many would be interested. Music, contemporary seating/tables, a possible action station with chef prepared snacks....$30.00 cover all you can eat/drink.  The cover charge will cover the cost of the party (labor, beverages, food, equipment)....I assume the roof-top can hold 30 to 50 people... based on a flow I am hoping 60 to 90 people show for the event. What is everyone's idea on this? Are there any rules regulating the roof-top?  Does any one want to assist with this event?
